Shipping Policy – Trend Box

At Trend Box, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in a timely and safe manner. Please review the following shipping policy for more information.


1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States only.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-20 business days, depending on the product type.


3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed during the next business day.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your order.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors such as weather, holidays, or strikes.


7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged or you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


9. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
